1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or purchasing a custom interactive micro tool from Qualfi (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, Early Access applicants, and paying clients.
2. Service Description & Deliverables
Qualfi designs, builds, hosts, and maintains bespoke interactive diagnostic micro tools (such as macro calculators, training-split diagnostics, and lead-scoring funnels) for fitness coaches. Each build includes:
- Custom branding (colours, logo, tone of voice, and coaching terminology).
- Configured calculation formulas and algorithmic lead qualification scoring (0–100).
- Automated lead alert routing to your designated WhatsApp, SMS, or email inbox.
- A standalone fast-loading bio link and a website embed script.
3. Early Access Cohort Pricing (£99)
Clients accepted into our 5-coach Early Access cohort receive a discounted one-off setup rate of £99 (standard setup fee £500) with zero monthly software retainer for the agreed early access period. In exchange for this preferential rate, the Client agrees to deploy the tool on their active social bio or website and provide a brief 30-second video testimonial and review once leads are generated.
4. Turnaround & Revisions
We aim to design, build, and deploy your custom micro tool within 10 days of receiving your branding assets and diagnostic preferences. Every build includes collaborative wireframe review and adjustments prior to go-live to ensure the questions, calorie/macro maths, and lead scoring match your exact coaching methodology.
5. Fitness & Medical Disclaimer
Calorie, macronutrient, and training split outputs generated by Qualfi tools are intended for general informational and coaching pre-qualification purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Coaches remain responsible for reviewing client health histories before prescribing exercise or nutrition programmes.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of your brand assets, coaching logos, client data, and leads captured through your tool. Qualfi retains ownership of its underlying engine architecture, scoring algorithms, and codebase templates.
